Solar rebates are Highest in the County of Los Angeles

You may have heard that LADWP has developed its programme of solar rebate pending. But for those of you in the territory of Southern California Edison (SCE), your chances for scoring amazing solar rebates are much higher.

In fact, PBS always offers best solar rebates in Los Angeles (and all of California, indeed). The California Solar Initiative, eligible owners receive $ 1.10 per watt of solar installed.

Therefore, if solar costs an average of $6 per watt, which is a little more than 18% saved on your installation. Add to that the 30% return from residential renewable energy tax credit, and you've eliminated almost 50% of your total expenses.

For example, if your system costs $ 25,000, you would pay only $12 500 after rebate.

State savings rebate = federal tax credit savings ~ 20% = 30% Total incentives = ~ 50%

It is phenomenal, given that many programs of reimbursement to the United States have been reduced, suspended or cut completely because of an overwhelming demand. PG & E in Northern California and the California Center for sustainable energy (CCSE) currently offer only $0.65 per watt, or about 11% savings.

It is important to note, however, that these discounts do not last forever. Incentives CPE reached 42% of their capacity, so when those who remain discounts are attributed, encouragement of levels drop down to the next level, or $0.65 per watt.
